I work with adults as well as children and young people from the age of 13 years old onwards and into the latter stages of life.  Furthermore, I can offer both short- and long-term therapy, either face to face, via telephone or online with availability during the daytime and evening.

I am fully inclusive and accepting of all people, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity and work with a range of diversity in a non-judgmental way.

I feel passionately about this because when I was younger, I never felt like I fitted in, but as I grew into my own identity, I learnt to understand myself and that everyone is different which means it is important to know and accept who you are.
